Caribbean Cashew Smoothie


I love getting extra nutrients from smoothies and with an island twist? Heck yes!


4 c loosely packed greens

1 c almond milk

1 c coconut water

1 frozen banana

1/2 c frozen mango

1 c frozen pineapple

1/2 c cashews

1 to 2 dates

1 1/2 tea coconut extract

Add all ingredients in the order listed into high powered blender. Blend until smooth. Makes. 2 large delicious smoothies!

Peanut Goodness Smoothie

In the mood for peanut butter? This will do it. Creamy and fresh and delish!


3 cups spinach & baby kale 

1 1/2  cup almond milk 

1 frozen banana 

1 cup frozen blueberries

2 Tbl PB2 powder

2 Tbl creamy peanut butter

3 ice cubes

Add into high speed blender and blend until smooth. Makes 2 delicious servings!
