Caribbean Cashew Smoothie

I love getting extra nutrients from smoothies and with an island twist? Heck yes!

Ingredients: 

4 c loosely packed greens

1 c almond milk

1 c coconut water

1 frozen banana

1/2 c frozen mango

1 c frozen pineapple

1/2 c cashews

1 to 2 dates

1 1/2 tea coconut extract

Add all ingredients in the order listed into high powered blender. Blend until smooth. Makes. 2 large delicious smoothies!
