Something that is great about yoga is that there is always somewhere to go! I am sure from the end pose you see in the video I could stuck my leg behind my head, that progression might be meant from some other yoga crazed maniac!
But see, because there is always somewhere to go then, to me makes it even easier to listen to your body and to stop when your body says to you it needs to chill. To chill at a place that allows you to breathe and to naturally progress from that point over time. AND if progression doesn't come with time then that's ok too. You are still getting the benefit. Yoga is not about the end goal, it's about the going! The breath and the movement.
Respect your body enough to let what naturally comes to you come. Love your body, it does a lot for you 💋
