Practice Being Present

You cannot stay present and feel fear. Think about it.  I love the intention of being present and my history with this. In all my experience when I am not present in my practice it is impossible for me to pull off balance poses. When I am not present I fall 100% of the time.

Being present allows me to unite my body with my spirit and mind. It allows the space for me to concentrate and breathe. Being present dispels fear. IT then gives me the choice of the feeling I choose. 

Me, if I'm consciously making the choice, I'd choose love over fear everyday. Practice being present 🙏
