Balancing in yoga, for me it is near impossible when I am not present. Present in my mind, present with myself.
Same thing off the mat. When I am trying to accomplish something, sometimes the load of all that is on my mind, all that is on my to-do list crowds my ability to focus and stops me from being effective. Today I had moments like this. I mean, everyday I have moments like this! Getting organized in my brain is one of the most important things for me to do before focusing on a task. Allowing myself to be present so I can balance and be effective. Being present is a beautiful gift that we all have the ability to give ourselves. Namaste!
