RESPECT ... Your cervical spine. To me this looks like never turning your head to the side when you are in shoulder stand & not asking your head to hold the weight of your body in forearm stand.
When I do a forearm stand much of my body weight is in my arms and core, not my head. In this pose my head hovers over the ground. If you are not strong enough to do that then work on dolphin dives until you can naturally move into the pose. I have been with countless people that want to pull off a forearm stand and they do not stop to listen, to allow their body to naturally progress into the pose. If you push it, you could hurt yourself very easily. Respect yourself more than the end result. It will come, do it right, be present to your body and RESPECT your abilities.
