Great lunch idea for home, work, school or picnic! Pair it with veggies pita chips or pita bread. It is so fresh and yummy!
1 large orange peeled
1 red pepper sliced
3 tea minced garlic
2½ Tbl fresh lemon juice
2 Tbl soy sauce
1 tea siracha (more if you like it spicy!)
2 cups unsalted cashews
Place ingredients in blendtec in order, blend and dip! This sauce is so crazy good! Use it for anything that jives with your tastebuds.
