Video: Quick Snack! Soaked Almonds

Quick, simple and easy snack!  When healthy and fast aligns it makes me super happy.  Just pour water over your almonds and soak overnight, or 8-12 hrs.  Then keep them stored in the fridge.  Eat them alone or add them to salads or wraps.  They are less crunchy and easy to chop when they have been soaked.  Enjoy!
